For the UK Lushies
Okay, so a week ago I was recommended fresh farmacy for my sensitive-but-a-bit-oily skin. It is a disaster! I've found the texture to be a bit gritty, like an exfoliating product which I certainly didn't want. My (previously baby-soft-but-with-a-few-blackheads) skin now does not feel smooth to touch and has turned into a super-oil-producing-factory! I cut the edges off the soap to see if it was just some dust or something stuck to the outside (as the soap wasnt wrapped in the shop before I bought it), but it seems to be this texture all of the way through.

I read somewhere about a batch error in fresh farmacy soap, so can someone tell me, is the texture supposed to be smooth and creamy like a soap, or is it supposed to have exfoliating bits in? Was I just recommended the wrong product? I'm really really angry with myself as I've thrown away the receipt and I really cant afford to be spending that much on soaps that I can't use. I'm going shopping tomorrow, do you think it's worth taking the soap in to ask about anyway, even though I've cut the edges off and don't have a receipt?

Ive only used this soap once - a friend cut me a bit of her's off.

I wasnt too impressed with it to be honest.
My skin felt really tight and dry after.

I know use Sweat Japenese Girl and Ultra bland.

VERY late but I would say use something like ultra bland. Lush don't take refunds once something has been used. Sometimes not even if its still in packaging
